| Over the coming weeks, you will start to see some alterations to the Centre Radio client area. There are 3 important steps that must be taken in order to implement your Christmas music and messaging correctly. |

Music
Christmas music will be rolled into your regular music mix in 3 phases:
We need you to choose the dates that you would like this to start happening.
Log in to OnBrand Radio and go to the Christmas Music Dates section where you can select your dates for the phase in. Please do this ASAP, if you don’t do this, no Christmas music for you! |

Trading hours
Everyone knows that as the year comes to an end, retail trading hours go a bit bonkers. We need your help! Please log in to the client area and ensure that your extended trading hours are added and updated by going to the Christmas Trading Hours section and entering them in.
| Note: after the last date entered, your schedule will revert back to your standard trading hours. If your centre is closed, for example, on Christmas day, then please enter 00:00 to 00:00 |
If this does not get updated, all of your relative messages that run in conjunction with opening and closing times will not be updated and re-align themselves to the correct opening and closing times!
We will automatically extend your music and messages to cover any extended hours.
For any current messages that mention late night opening or the general trading hours of your centre, then please ensure that you request these to be deleted or postponed till after the Christmas period. |
